At early life enterprise we are dedicated to bridging the gap between education and employment by offering high quality workshops and structured work placements. Our programs provide students with essential industry-relevant skills, practical experience and certification to support their career aspirations.
By partnering with experienced professionals and industry leaders, we ensure that participants receive comprehensive training, hands-on experience and the necessary qualifications to succeed in their chosen field.
At ELE, we provide a comprehensive workshops programme designed to give students hands-on experience in a range of practical and vocational skills. Our workshops take place in a dedicated learning space, fully equipped to support professional-level training, and are delivered by vocational trainers who actively work in their respective industries. This ensures that students are learning up-to-date techniques and gaining insight into real-world practices.
Students have the opportunity to complete AQA awards in the skills they acquire, providing formal recognition for their learning and helping build a strong portfolio for future education, apprenticeships, or employment. The workshops cover a broad range of vocational areas, including bricklaying, catering, plumbing, electrical installation, vehicle maintenance, and joinery.
Workshops run fortnightly in the afternoons, allowing students to balance their core studies with practical, career-focused learning. Each session is carefully structured to promote both technical skill development and essential employability skills, such as teamwork, problem-solving, and professional responsibility. Our workshops empower students to explore career pathways, gain confidence, and build tangible skills that will serve them long after they leave our provision.
